Sapphire Preservation Group, is currently looking for experienced contractors throughout New Jersey & eastern half of PA to maintain an increasing number of properties.
Examples of the types of work you will be assigned are shown below:
Grass Cuts
Tree/Shrub Trimming
Trash Outs/Debris Removals
Securing/Lock Changes
Window/Door Replacements
Board Ups
Siding Repair
Roof Repair/Replacement
Winterizations
Snow Removal
We are looking for someone who can :
Complete all facets of Preservation work
Communicate daily with coordinators
Provide on-time work completion
Requirements:
-Insurance
-Knowledge and ability to complete all work assigned
-Vehicles and equipment needed to complete work
Required experience:
Property Preservation: 1 year
