We are actively seeking contractors with experience in:
• Full property preservation
• General maintenance and repairs
• Specialized services from licensed contractors (roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
What you'll need:
• Property preservation tools & cleaning supplies
• Landscaping equipment
• Truck & trailer
• Generator, air compressor, and standalone gauge
• Common preservation materials (HUD locks, tarps, lumber, RV antifreeze, etc.)
To ensure a smooth partnership, we require potential vendors to have an Aspen Grove ABC number (with IC01 status) and carry a general liability insurance policy of $1 million.
