Looking for preservation contractors for Counties in the State of New York

We are looking for property preservation vendors in the State of New York for the following counties:
Herkimer, Oneida, Madison, Niagara, Erie, Orleans, Genesee, Wyoming, Livingston, Monroe, Rochester, Ontario, Wayne, Seneca, Cayuga, Onondaga, Oswego, Washington, Schenectady, Rensselaer, Columbia, Sullivan, Dutchess, Ulster.
We work with multiple clients and cover the entire state.
Work includes but not limited to -
1. Rehab/Repair/Renovation
2. Lawn & Landscaping Maintenance
3. Trash out
4. Winterization
5. Snow Removal
6. Securing
7. Roofing
8. Plumbing
9. HVAC
10.Electrical
11.Mold
12. Initial Secure
Also seeking Licensed Contractors/Specialists (Roofing, Plumbing, Electric,) who complete all these work and also pull permits.
Payment: Weekly.
Requirements:
1. Must have their own equipment to perform work. Hud keys and locks, and any other basic tools
2. Liability Insurance.
3. Aspen Grove Background Check (ABC) Number.
