Looking For Preservation Contractors in all Counties of Virginia

Property Preservation Company is currently seeking experienced Contractors in all counties of VA.
Contractors must be able to perform all work needed and on a timely basis until property is sold. Must be able to pass a background check and have both General Liability and Workman’s Compensation.
*Some prices may be negotiable*
Services needed include, but not limited to:
• All Preservation Work
• Complete grass-cuts,
• Minor roof repairs,
• Clean Outs,
• Property condition inspections,
• Winterizations,
• Securing/lock changes,
• Board-ups,
• Minor plumbing
• Janitorial services
Must-Haves:
• The ability to complete orders on time with accurate photos
• Reliable work truck
• Lawn Care Equipment
• Auto, General Liability insurance and Workman’s Compensation
• Ability to upload pictures and reports through email and/or phone
