CONTRACTOR RECRUITMENT:
Field Dash Inc is seeking experienced and qualified property preservation contractors to perform landscaping, maintenance & preservation jobs on foreclosed residential homes. We are currently adding new companies in the Brooklyn/Queens/Nassau area to our contractor network. Applications are available now for full-time work. WORK SCOPE:
Work includes but not limited to:
-Photo Inspections
-Debris removal & Cleanouts
-Lock/Padlock changes using HUD coded locks.
-Board-ups/Security Doors
- Roof Repairs
-Winterizations
-Flood water Pump Outs
-Mold Treatment
-Lawn Mowing
-Landscaping
-Tree Removal
-Carpentry Work
-Minor Plumbing
-Minor Electric
-Snow Removal

CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS:

-Reliable and trustworthy
-Own truck(s) or cargo van(s)
-Able to cover at least one full county
-Posses all necessary tools and equipment to complete above listed jobs
-Be proficient in using a smart phone, camera and computer with internet
-Able to pass a background check
-Possess liability insurance coverage @$1,000,000 minimum
-Commitment to finishing work by assigned due dates
-Excellent communication via phone and email
