We're on the lookout for independent field contractors in the Detroit area and nearby regions who have experience in tasks like maintaining properties, taking care of lawns, landscaping, winterizing, removing debris, clearing snow, tarping roofs, making minor repairs, providing maid services, and fixing drywall and siding for vacant or foreclosed properties.

Before you apply, please keep in mind:

- Contractors are required to take good-quality photos before, during, and after their work, including accurate measurements for any damages.
- Experience with mobile apps like PPW is a must.

Here's a list of the tasks you'll be doing:

- Changing locks, rekeying, and installing lockboxes
- Mowing lawns
- Trimming trees, shrubs, and vines
- Removing debris and trash
- Boarding up and reglazing
- House cleaning and maid services
- Securing pools
- Putting up property listings
- Handling various repairs, including plumbing, drywall, carpet, siding, gutters, and soffits/fascia
- Managing evictions
- Tarping, repairing, or replacing roofs

When it comes to payments:

We'll pay you every five days once the work order is approved, provided you've submitted adequate photos, bids, and the necessary information.

You'll receive your payment either through Zelle or a direct ACH deposit.
