SingleSource Property Solutions is currently seeking property preservation and field service contractors Northern ID, specifically the Clearwater/Moscow/Weippe area.
SingleSource Property Solutions is a nationwide asset management and property preservation company based in Pittsburgh, PA. We work as a service provider to many of the nation’s largest loan servicing entities to maintain REO properties until a buyer is located. We are looking to recruit vendors across the country to assist us with completing services in a timely manner.
Responsibilities of the Position:
Work may include but is not limited to:
• Lock Changes
• Debris Removal / Trash Out
• Lawn Maintenance / Snow Removal
• Repairs
• Violations / Insurance Management
• Roofing
• Winterization
Our “must haves” are as follows:
• Must have vehicle, tools, equipment, computer/smart phone, and supplies
• Must have or obtain Aspen Grove background check
• Must be insured with general liability
• Must be able to adhere to specific turnaround times and exhibit excellent communication
