Looking for preservation vendors in Louisiana

Now hiring full time Property Preservation contractors who would be able to complete work in Louisiana. Parishes: Lafayette, Calcasieu, St. Landry, Vermillion, Jefferson Davis, Acadia, Iberia, Evangeline. Please make sure you meet the following requirements if you are interested in this opportunity:
-Basic computer capabilities & knowledge of industry photo requirements (before/during/after photos of all work completed)
-Ability to complete work and meet strict deadlines
-Own reliable work vehicle and equipment/tools necessary to complete, document, and upload work
-Must be organized, detail oriented, reliable and professional in appearance and manner
Interested candidates will be expected to perform all duties, including but not limited to:
Securing
Landscaping
Debris removal
Lock changes
Flooring
Cleaning
Trash outs
Winterization
Inspections
General Carpentry
Light Plumbing
Roofing
