Our company is looking for individuals in the following counties (Warren, Saratoga, Washington, Rensselaer, Schenectady, Fulton, Montgomery, Schoharie, Greene, Albany, Columbia, Sullivan, Ulster, Dutchess, Orange, Rockland, Putnam)

Property Preservation is the maintaining of foreclosed homes for the bank. We document the varies properties in photos and any damages present are measured in photos as well. The bank will then send us to these properties to perform work that fixes up the damages so they may sell it.

We perform various tasks such as but not limited to:

-Drywall
-Lock changes
-Roofing
-Plumbing
-Debris removals
-Grass cuts
-Winterizations

This is not full blown construction, the bank just wants the homes protected and maintained, they sell it as is, as long as all of the emergent issues have been rectified. This is a full time, entry level position with plenty of overtime!

Job Perks:

-All gas is paid for while on the job

-Any tool needed to get the job done that you do not have, we supply
-CLC Lodging card to pay for your hotel if you are asked to stay out overnight
-EZ Pass for thruway travel

Compensation Packets:

-With all of the overtime, our guys make about 40-50,000 a year!
-$10/hr, $15/hr for overtime to start
-$15 a day everyday that you are working for a vehicle allowance
-$40 a month for the use of your smartphone

OR

-$12/hr, $18/hr for overtime to start
-All job perks listed above


Job Requirements:

-Able to lift a minimum of 50lbs unassisted
-Large vehicle such as a truck, van, or SUV ( car will not be accepted )
-Smartphone
-Maintenance/Handyman/Construction experience preferred
