Looking for property maintenance vendors in midwest and southwest region

Xpert Field Services LLC is a property maintenance company located in Brooklyn, NY works with all the Industry Giants. We are urgently seeking experienced property preservation Vendors, General Contractors, Handyman, in the Midwest region. Must have digital camera/smartphone to document before, during and after stages of work, smartphone, tools, lawn equipment. Your smartphone is your camera. We use apps to eliminate excessive paperwork. Experience in our industry is recommended but not required. Payments are made on every Wednesday for the work completed on previous week.
Work to be completed:
Initial secures/Lock changes/Rekey (with allowables for additional work on the spot)
Bi-Weekly grass cuts
Debris removal/trash outs
Repairs (roof,drywall,carpet etc)
Evictions
Roof Tarp/Repair
Board ups/reglaze
Janitorial/maid services
Pool securing/Servicing
Inspections
Mold remediation
Hazard removal
We currently have crews in the area but are experiencing a large growth. Immediate work is available for those with experience and who can pass a background check with Aspen Grove. For those with less experience, we can do training (must have some basic experience).
