We currently work directly with national clients and realtors, but we aim to grow even further. As we expand, we are looking for driven and positive contractors to join our dynamic and successful business culture. Evergreen invites you to become part of our statewide network of independent service partners, committed to delivering property services efficiently and on time while helping Evergreen bring a shine to communities.

Work includes, but is not limited to:
• Full property preservation
• General maintenance and repairs
• Occupied maintenance and turns
• Specialized services from licensed contractors (roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)

*To ensure a seamless partnership, we require potential vendors to have an Aspen Grove ABC number and maintain a general liability insurance policy of $1 million.*
