Looking for Property Preservation and Grass Cut Vendors Statewide

We are looking for property preservation vendors as well as grass cut vendors who can service bank owned foreclosure properties.
Services to include but not limited to:
· Winterizations
· Debris Removal
· Initial Securing and Lock Changes
· Snow Removal
· Lawn Maintenance and Landscaping
· Prepare Bids and Reports
· Repairs
· Inspections
· Evictions
Requirements:
For all work you must supply your own vehicles, trailers, tools, equipment, computer, smart phone with Wi-fi, etc. We require an Aspen Grove account, background check and request all vendors use the Pruvan mobile app. For insurance you must carry a minimum of $1M in General Liability. Workers Compensation insurance is required if you have employees or a letter of exemption is acceptable. All vendors are advised to carry HUD keys.
