What You’ll Do

As a Property Preservation Contractor, you will complete a variety of field service tasks, including:

• Lock changes and securing properties
• Debris removal and property cleanouts
• Lawn maintenance and basic landscaping
• Winterizations
• Minor roof and general repairs
• Updating and submitting work orders via mobile apps and web platforms
• Communicating with Vendor Account Managers to ensure job completion

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in property preservation or related field services
• Ability to complete work orders accurately and on time
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Self-motivated and able to work independently

Requirements

• General Liability and Errors & Omissions Insurance ($1M coverage required)
• Valid driver’s license or ID
• Reliable transportation
• Own tools and equipment
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and meet deadlines

Compensation

Safeguard Properties negotiates rates on independent contractors based on volume and location and expedited disbursement of payment.
