LOOKING FOR PROPERTY PRESERVATION CONTRACTORS ACROSS THE ENTIRE COUNTRY

Looking for experienced preservation contractors to work in the field. We maintain bank foreclosures and REO properties.
We have been asked by current clients to expand our network of contractors due to available work in the above mentioned areas immediately. Between potential bid approvals, seasonal work and routine maintenance the income potential is generous.
This is a subcontractor position, which requires you to maintain your own equipment, insurance and aspen grove ID number. Pricing will be available upon request.
Contractors are expected to perform the following but not limited to:
Winterizations
Lock changes
Lawn care
Debris removal
Sales cleans
Window boarding
General Repairs
Etc.
