Fomalhaut Property Services LLC is a property preservation and maintenance company, looking for crews/contractors all over Iowa.
Requirements:
1) Experienced in property maintenance and lawn care or willing to learn the work following the guideline.
2) Must have the mindset to communicate on a regular basis over the phone.
3) Must have a vehicle, lawn mower, hedge trimmer, and basic repair tools.
4) Mindset to take tons of photos of the work being performed and property condition photos.
5) Attention to detail and following instructions.
6) Willing to learn and solve the problem
7) Meeting Deadlines
Type of works:
1) Grass cut, shrubs trimming, overgrowth removal.
2) Lock change, winterization
3) Trash out
4) Property maintenance and general interior and exterior repair
Benefits:

2) Payment will be made within 72 hours after work completion.
