We are regional property preservation company . We work on Foreclosed, REO and Occupied Maintenance properties. We work with all Nationals.

We are looking for reliable crews in the state of MI. Interested candidates should be able to complete most of the following tasks:

* Landscaping services (Grass cuts, lawn care, edging, trimming, etc..)
* Sales Cleans/Maid Service
* Securing
* Lockouts/evictions
* Trash outs/Debris Removal
* Winterizations
* Snow removal
* Minor repairs
* Roofing (Tarp, repair, replace)

All candidates must have a Valid ABC (Aspen Grove Background Check) number General Liability of 1 million and E & O Insurance.

Payment: Our payment is Bi-weekly. We release payments 1st and 16th of each months (Depending on bank holidays) through Direct Deposit and Zelle.
