Rivertown Property Management LLC, is a regional full-service mortgage field services company based in Conway SC that is currently seeking independent contractors with property preservation and inspection experience. Our company has been operating for more than 16 years and We we work only fir national clients only.

Payment will be made on every 10th, 20th and 30th of the month

NEED HELP IN FOLLOWING COUNTIES FOR SC STATE

1. Charleston County
2. Dorchester County
3. Orangeburg County
4. Berkeley County
5. Lee County
6. Clarendon County
7. Williamsburg County
8. Fairfield County
9. Horry County

Types of work available (but not limited to):
- Securing/Lock Changes/Boarding
- Landscaping/Overgrowth Removal
- Debris Removal
- Lawn Care
- Sales Clean/Maid Refresh
- Winterization/De-winterization
- Minor roof repair/tarp installation
- Minor plumbing repairs
- QC Inspections
- Occupancy Inspections

Requirements:
- Valid ABC Number, IC01 status required
- General Liability

Equipment & Supplies:
- Truck with trailer capable of debris removal
- Lawn equipment - mower (commercial/zero turn mower recommended), weed eater, blower, etc
- Generator, air compressor, stand alone pressure gauge for winterizations
- Smartphone or device that can access websites and mobile apps on site
- Basic hand tools to assist with work completion
- Cleaning tools and supplies
- Knob locks, deadbolts, padlocks, hasps, lockboxes, lumber, clear-boarding, tarps, RV antifreeze, etc
