Laudan Properties, LLC., a regional mortgage field services provider, is in the process of growing its business and has the opportunity to find great new vendors that can cover full counties in Indiana, New York, and Virginia.

We are looking for Contractors that can provide excellent quality and that are success driven. Knowledge of HUD guidelines and previous property preservation experience is a plus but not required. Experienced contractors are preferred but we will train the right candidates.

We pay twice a month (15th and 30th), and we always make sure our contractors are paid on time. We do offer direct deposit and pay is on a net 30 days from when the job is completed.

We are looking for property preservation contractors that can complete the following services:

Trash outs
Winterization orders
Minor Roof Repair(s)
Minor Electrical Services
Window Boarding
Lock Changes/Re-keys
Lawn Maintenance
Debris Removal
Emergency Maintenance





Requirements:
General Liability insurance
Obtain ABC# from (Aspen Grove)
Strong attention to detail
Good communication and respect for due dates
Must have tools and equipment that are required to complete Preservation work
Must have smartphone/tablet to access our jobs through an application to sync photos taken at the jobsite
