looking for property preservation/ grass cut vendors

Peninsula Property Services seeking insured, quality vendors with experience to maintain and inspect vacant, bank-owned properties throughout the State of Washington, Oregon, Arizona, Idaho, Utah, Wyoming. we are looking for coverage for all counties.
Our services include, but are not limited to:
-Lawn Maintenance and Snow Removal
-Board Ups
-Lock Changes and Lock Boxes
-Safety Hazard Abatement
-Minor Repairs (i.e. Gutter Repair/Replacement, Handrail Repair/Replacement, Window Re-glaze/Replacement)
-Major Repairs (i.e. Discoloration Remediation, Siding Repair/Replacement, Full Demolition, etc.)
-Eviction Services
-Roof Repair, Replacements and Tarps
-Winterizations
-Prepare Bids and Reports
-Inspections
We are looking to start Contractors ASAP due to an increase in work. In order to receive work from us, you must have your own vehicle, trailers, tools, equipment, computer and smartphone and various supplies consisting of (but not limited to) bank coded locks, lock boxes, padlock & hasps, etc.
All contractors must have necessary insurance to receive work. (General Liability, E&O, and WC)
