We are looking for Independent Vendors, Sub-contractors, Handymen for property preservation services, maintenance and remodeling in *IL, MS, MI, AL, PA, FL, TN*

Weekly Pay: We prioritize the welfare of our contractors and offer an advantageous benefits structure through our Weekly/Rush Payment System and fair Industry Standard Pricing. Express payments via Zelle available!

Work Includes But Not Limited To:
1. Handymen Services (Small Repairs)
2. Regular Preservation Repair - Lawn Care, Securing, Trash-Out etc.
3. Janitorial/Maid Services
4. Plumbing
5. Electrical
6. Roofing
7. Mold Remediation etc.

Requirements:
1. Own equipment, transportation, and tools to perform work.
**Truck and Trailer, Lawn equipment, Generator, Air Compressor and Winterization Equipment, Smartphone/Tablet with Data Plan, Basic Hand Tools, Locks, etc.
2. General Liability Insurance
3. Aspen Grove ABC Number

Expectations:
Good Communication (call from site as we do on-site approvals), Timely Submission, and Quality Work.
