AssureProperty Solutions LLC is looking for professional and experienced Property Preservation/Rehab & Tenant Maintenance contractors for the following states and counties/parishes mentioned below:

New York: Suffolk, Nassau, Queens, Kings, Bronx, Westchester, Orange, Putnam, Dutchess, Sullivan, Ulster, Greene, Delaware, Albany, Ostego, Montgomery, Schenectady, Monroe, Wayne, Ontario, Oswego, Oneida (Contractors from any other counties can apply as well).

Pennsylvania: Philadelphia, Delaware, Bucks, Montgomery, Chester, Lancaster, Berks, Lehigh, Northampton, Monroe, Carbon, Lebanon, York, Luzerne, Wyoming, Lackawanna, Dauphin, Adams, Alleghany, Westmoreland, Butler, Beaver (Contractors from any other counties can apply as well).

New Jersey: Hudson, Essex, Bergen, Union, Morris, Warren, Hunterdon, Mercer, Monmouth, Burlington, Ocean, Camden, Gloucester, Salem, Somerset (Contractors from any other counties can apply as well).

Delaware: Entire State.

Maryland: Harford, Baltimore, Carroll, Frederick, Somerset, Howard, Worcester, Kent, Queen Anne's, Dorchester, Montgomery, Anne Arundel, Prince George's (Contractors from any other counties can apply as well).

Ohio: Lucas, Wood, Hancock, Lorain, Cuyahoga, Lake, Medina, Summit, Trumbull, Mahoning, Portage, Montgomery, Greene, Clark, Fayette, Madison, Franklin, Delaware, Butler, Fairfield (Contractors from any other counties can apply as well).

Connecticut: Fairfield, New Haven, Middlesex, Hartford (Contractors from any other counties can apply as well).


Prospected vendors should be able to do the following tasks depending on their scope of work:
• Landscaping (Grass cut, Lawn maintenance, Tree trimming & Removal Services)
• Securing a property (Rekey, Lockbox, Lockset)
• Initial Maid Services
• Maid Refreshes
• Evictions
• Trash outs
• Snow Removal
• Repairs and Rehab Work
• Roofing work (Major & Minor depending on the scope of the work)
• Minor/Major Plumbing Work
• Minor/Major HVAC Work
• Mold Remediation
• Drywall Repair & Replacement
• Property Inspection with adequate number of photos and bids for all the damages
• Interior Painting/Appliance repair or replacement work

Vendors should have the following:

* General Liability Insurance (Limit $1 million).
* Aspen Grove Background Check Number (ABC).
* Own tools to complete the job on site.
* Prior Knowledge using PPW is a major plus.
* Any specific license is highly recommended (if any).
* A valid bank account for payment.

Turnaround Time:
48-72 hours.

Payment Terms:
We pay every week using direct deposit method.
