AssureProperty Solutions LLC is looking for professional and experienced Property Preservation/Rehab & Tenant Maintenance contractors for the following states and counties/parishes mentioned below:

Florida: Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, Saint Lucie, Indian River, Brevard, Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Volusia, Flagler, Duval, Nassau, Clay, Putnam, Marion, Lake, Sumter, Hernando, Pasco, Hillsborough, Pinellas, Polk, Manatee, Sarasota (Contractors from any other counties can apply as well).

South Carolina: Greenville, Pickens, Oconee, Anderson, Lexington, Richland, Calhoun, Orangeburg, Berkeley, Williamsburg, Georgetown, Horry (Contractors from any other counties can apply as well).

North Carolina: Brunswick, New Hanover, Pender, Onslow, Sampson, Wayne, Johnston, Cumberland, Wake, Harnett, Lee, Guilford, Forsyth, Halifax, Martin (Contractors from any other counties can apply as well).

Louisiana: East Baton Rouge, West Baton Rouge, Iberville, Saint Martin, Lafayette, Acadia, Saint Landry, Iberia, Terrebonne, Lafourche, Livingston, Saint Tammany, Orleans, Jefferson, Rapides (Contractors from any other parishes can apply as well).

Mississippi: Harrison, Hancock, Jackson, George, Stone, Pearl River, Lamar, Forrest, Perry, Greene, Covington, Jones, Wayne (Contractors from any other counties can apply as well).

Illinois: Will, Cook, DuPage, Lake, Livingston, Champaign, Vermilion, Cumberland, Clark, Clay (Contractors from any other counties can apply as well).


Prospected vendors should be able to do the following tasks depending on their scope of work:

• Landscaping (Grass cut, Lawn maintenance, Tree trimming & Removal Services)
• Securing a property (Rekey, Lockbox, Lockset)
• Initial Maid Services
• Maid Refreshes
• Evictions
• Trash outs
• Snow Removal
• Repairs and Rehab Work
• Roofing work (Major & Minor deepening on the scope of the work)
• Minor/Major Plumbing Work
• Minor/Major HVAC Work
• Mold Remediation
• Drywall Repair & Replacement
• Property Inspection with adequate number of photos and bids for all the damages
• Interior Painting/Appliance repair or replacement work

Vendors should have the following:

* General Liability Insurance (Limit $1 million).
* Aspen Grove Background Check Number (ABC).
* Own tools to complete the job on site.
* Prior Knowledge using PPW is a major plus.
* Any specific license is highly recommended (if any).
* A valid bank account for payment.

Turnaround Time:
48-72 hours.

Payment Terms:
We pay every week using direct deposit method.
