Looking for Property Preservation/Rent Ready work in Saint Louis MO and Cleveland OH

I am looking to establish a relationship with Property Preservation company that can do rent-ready work when a tenant moves out. The work involves trash removal, cleaning, touch-up paint, misc. repairs (if needed) along with securing the property.
A little bit about BrandX....Brand X, acquires, develops and holds SFRs in several markets across the US. These homes are typically 3-5 bedroom, multiple bathroom homes. Our tenants include Section8 and private pay.
