Looking for Property Preservation Subcontractors.

Looking for contractor complete work orders in Dallas-Fort Worth, TX area.
(Must HAVE prior experience in property preservation with a national company)
You also must have the following:
-Able to submit and pass background check or provide your ABC# (Aspen Grove) for all crew members.
-Valid driver’s license with auto insurance
-General liability insurance and errors/omissions insurance (preferred)
-Must have iPhone or Android to use apps for work orders
-Must be able to use Pruvan app (or willing to learn)
-Must be able to utilize email
-Must be able to complete work orders timely, efficiently and with minimal supervision
-Must be willing to work at least 5 days a week, preferably
-Must be able to ready and write English fluently
60-80% of the work orders includes initial secures/lock changes/rekey (with allowables for additional work), grass cuts, debris removal/trash outs, Repairs (roof, drywall, carpet etc), evictions, roof tarp/repair, board ups/reglaze, janitorial/maid services, pool securing/servicing, inspections, mold remediations, hazard removals
