We are expanding our property preservation vendor network and are seeking experienced, dependable 1099 subcontractors and field service crews.

Work may include:
• Property inspections
• Lock changes/rekeys and lockbox installation
• Initial securing
• Board-ups
• Winterization/de-winterization
• Grass cuts and landscaping
• Debris removal/trash-outs
• Maid services and sales cleans
• Eviction cleanouts
• Minor repairs
• Emergency property securing
• Before-and-after photo documentation

Requirements:
• Reliable vehicle and equipment
• Smartphone with GPS/photo capability
• Ability to meet work-order deadlines
• General liability insurance
• W-9
• Professional communication
• Ability to provide clear before, during and after photos
• Property preservation/REO experience preferred

We are building coverage throughout District of Columbia, Virginia and all Maryland counties, including Baltimore, Anne Arundel, Howard, Montgomery, Prince George's, Harford, Cecil, Frederick, Washington, Charles, Calvert, St. Mary's, Western Maryland and the Eastern Shore.

Consistent work may be available for qualified vendors.
