Looking for property preservation technician

Position Summary
The Property Preservation Specialist is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and securing residential properties to ensure they meet investor, client, and municipal standards. This role requires hands-on maintenance skills, vendor coordination, and the ability to complete work orders efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
Perform property inspections and document property condition
Complete work orders including general repairs, painting, drywall, minor plumbing, and carpentry
Secure vacant properties (lock changes, board-ups, debris removal)
Conduct lawn maintenance and exterior upkeep as needed
Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for specialty repairs
Ensure all work meets client guidelines and compliance standards
Maintain accurate records, photos, and documentation of completed work
Respond to urgent or emergency service requests
Qualifications
Experience in property preservation, maintenance, or residential repairs preferred
Strong knowledge of basic construction and repair techniques
Ability to operate hand and power tools safely
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
