Looking for Property Preservation vendors

Looking for property preservation vendors in Central Alabama, Central Florida and southern Michigan. Experience is a plus.
Work consists of Winterizations, Lawn Maintenance, Debris removal, Lock Changes, Initial Services (including sales clean), Boarding / Clear boarding, Prepare/Put property in Convey Condition, General/Minor household repairs, etc., Ability to provide estimates on requested items for repair/replace
Must have working knowledge of PPW (can learn), Must have own transportation, Must be detail oriented when reporting results in reports along with photos, bids, etc, Meeting client's deadlines, Must have own equipment and have inventory of necessary HUD locks on hand, materials needed on regular basis, etc. Ability to finance projects for 30-45 days. Smartphone, digitial camera, able to print work orders, scan, send, etc.
