We are actively seeking experienced Property Preservation Vendors to join our growing network. With a consistent flow of work orders, we offer a wide variety of services needed to maintain and secure properties in compliance with conveyance standards.
Available Work Includes:
Initial drive-by occupancy inspections
Initial secures
Grass cuts & lawn maintenance
Winterizations
Bid approvals
General property preservation tasks to bring homes into conveyance condition
Requirements:
A smartphone for work order management and photo documentation
Current background check
Active liability insurance
