We are looking for independent contractors and handymen, especially in Bee, Cooke, Camp, Crane, Haskell, Howard, Knox, Lamar, Leon, Pecos, Red River, Reeves, and Runnels counties in TX and Blue Earth, Freeborn, Olmsted, Pipestone, Redwood counties in MN who can perform grass cuts, vegetation works, lock changes, trash outs, boarding window & doors, maid service, sales cleans, and basic home repairs. We receive 15/20 work orders every week in each zone. We are working with MCS, CYPREXX, FIVE BROTHERS, and other direct investors.

The contractor should able to perform the following works:

Initial Secures/Lock Changes/Rekey (with allowable for additional work on the spot)
Bi-Weekly Grass-Cuts
Debris Removal/Trash-Outs
Repairs (Roof, Drywall, Carpet, etc)
REO Rehab Work
Evictions
Roof Tarp/Repair
Board Ups/Reglaze
Janitorial/Maid Services
Pool Securing/Servicing
Inspections
Mold Remediation
Hazard Removal
