Looking for Property Preservation Vendors in Indiana

Silver Lining Contracting Services is looking for experienced contractors who complete Property Preservation & REO services in the following counties of IN:

Brown, Daviess, Greene, Jackson, Knox, Lawrence, Martin, Monroe, Sullivan, Rush, Shelby, Fayette, Dearborn, Union, Ripley, Franklin, Switzerland Decatur, Jefferson, Jennings, Ohio




Please give me a brief description with your background in Property Preservation and REO Services. Must be familiar with HUD and have HUD Keys. Must understand to take before, during, and after photos with measurements for proof of completed work. Experience, Reliability, and Communication is a Must!

***NEXT WEEK PAY***

Many of the duties include but are not limited to:
Grass cuts
Tree trimming/Landscape
Debris removal (Interior/exterior)
Winterizations
Lock changes
Window boarding
Pool Securing
Fence repair
Snow removal
Mold abatement
Cleaning/janitorial/maid services
Bidding on any items that need servicing

Job Requirements:
Driver's License
Familiar with HUD and have HUD Keys
Must own a truck w/trailer
Generator
Ladder
Mower/Edger/Blower
Tools
Smart phone
Home Computer or Laptop
Printer
Scanner
Digital Camera or can use smart phone (All Photos must be clear with time/date stamp and geo-location turned on)
GPS for locating properties
Good Attention to detail to report any damages and bid on any outstanding work necessary
Excellent Communication
