Confidence Property Preservation is looking for Property Preservation, Rehab/Repair contractors in all counties of MN, SD & IA

We currently have foreclosed properties assigned to our company from multiple clients and we are looking for contractors to service them. If proper paperwork is submitted, we can get you started right away with work orders in your area.

Work order types include but isn’t limited to:
- Grass Cuts/Snow Removals
- Securing - lock work and boarding
- Winterization
- Minor Property Repairs
- Roofing, Rehab, Repairs, etc.
- Janitorial/Maid Services
- Trash Outs
- Also seeking licensed contractors (Roofing, Electric, Plumbing, Mold Remediation, etc.)

PAYMENT POLICY
We pay after 7 days after the work completed. Generally we pay remittance by Bank deposit or check but we also pay by Zelle and Cash app.

BONUS
We pay on time submission and Bid Bonus
