NC: Cleveland, Stanly, Iredell, Iredell, Rowan, Catawba
SC: Union, Spartanburg, York, Chester, Chesterfield, Cherokee, Lancaster.
PA: Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Lawrence, Fayette, Greene, Washington, Westmoreland, Cambria
OH: Gallia, Jackson, Lawrence, Clermont, Hamilton, Butler, Warren, Clinton, Preble, Montgomery, Greene
Work includes, but are not limited to:
- Repairs Bid Approval
- Debris Removal
- Seasonal Maintenance (Grass Cuts/Snow)
- Winterization
- Trimming Work (Shrubs and trees)
- Securing Work
- Minor Property Repairs
- Janitorial Service (Broom Sweep, Maid Refresh)
All potential vendors are required to have an Aspen Grove ABC number. Additionally, we also require a General Liability insurance of $1m
We release weekly payment through direct deposit.
