Looking for property preservation vendors in several areas of MA, OH, PA

Hello vendors! We are looking for good companies that can perform an array of services. Vendors must be able to perform lock changes, trash outs, grass cuts, snow removals, janitorial services, trimmings, and minor bid work. Vendors must be willing to find and work with third party contractors on any items they are not licensed to do such as electrical, roofing, plumbing, hvac and mold remediation. Vendors must have current insurance, be willing to take good quality photos to prove their work and understand the importance of having work turned in on time. We are not searching for replacements of our current vendors. We have had a recent growth causing the need to add to our vendor network. We certainly look forward to hearing from you.
