We are currently looking for vendors/sub-contractors in (Gallatin, Nashville, Hendersonville, La Vergne, Smyrna, Lebanon, Franklin, Murfreesboro, Columbia, Clarksville) counties for the grass/landscaping and (Cookevilly) for the maintenance in Tennessee State who have experience to complete Property Preservation work orders. We have a diverse client base and the payment disbursements vary depending on the client. Payment Disbursement range from 8-12 days from time of invoice acceptance. We have a competitive price list and show our contractors the respect and cooperation they deserve.

• Winterization

• Minor Roof Repairs
• Lawn Maintenance
• Pool Securing
• Snow Removal
• Window Boarding/ Replacement
• New Talent Preparation
• Painting
• Flooring
• Repairs, Renovation, and many more
Requirements for the position...
• Must have a valid Photo ID and ABC#
• Must have working experience using PPW
• Must provide own tools to complete jobs
• Must be willing to communicate and follow instructions
• Must be able to complete work orders in a timely manner
