Looking for Property Vendors in Washington & Oregon

All Sound Property Preservation, LLC is currently seeking quality vendors with experience to secure and maintain vacant, bank-owned properties throughout the states of Washington and Oregon.
Services include both pre-foreclosure and REO. Examples are as follows, but not limited to:
-Lawn Maintenance – including shrub trimming
-Board Ups – to HUD specs
-Lock Changes and Lock Boxes – must have stock on hand
-Safety Hazard Abatement
-Minor Repairs
-Major Repairs
-Roof Repair, Replacements and Tarps
-Winterizations
-Prepare Bids
Due to a high increase in work and grass cut season just around the corner, we are looking to hire ASAP.
