Looking for experienced property preservation contractors with knowledge of HUD/FNMA regulations. Must have computer, digitial camera, smart phone, generator, air compressor, truck with lawn equipment in order to complete tasks such as lock changes, winterizations, debris removal, window boardings, lawn care, documenting with photos and forms to be uploaded to our website.
