Looking for Reliable Preservation and SFR Vendors

We are looking for reliable contractors in Nevada to partner up with, both in preservation and SFR markets. Please reach out to us if you are familiar with either of these industries.
Requirements:
• Experience with turns, occupied maintenances, renovations, and/or property preservation.
• Take and document pictures for all tasks as required with Property Preservation Wizard (PPW).
• Quote estimates for any damages found at a property.
• Be alert for more work opportunities while on the job.
• Pay close attention to details, follow strict timelines and task instructions closely.
• Follow HUD rules while working on a job.
• Have their own Aspen Grove Background Check number.
Required Tools & Materials (mostly for preservation):
• General tools
• Cleaning supplies
• Landscaping tools: lawn mower, weed whacker, edger, blower, etc.
• Truck and trailer for removing debris
• Generator & Air compressor
• A smartphone with internet for using PPW on the job
• Stock supplies like HUD locks, wood, tarp, RV antifreeze, etc.
Your initial payment will be made two weeks after you finish your first work order. After which you will receive payments on a weekly basis.
