Looking for reliable preservation contractors

We are looking for experienced contractors who have worked in the property preservation field and are familiar with lock changes/initial secures, winterizations, bidding for conveyance, exterior maintenance and general contracting work, etc. Experience with PPW (property preservation wizard) is also greatly preferred. We have recently branched out into rental turns work with a new client as well. Contractor must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel within a set coverage area. Please include standard county coverage when applying. Travel outside of determined coverage area may be further compensated.
