🔧 Services You'll Perform:

✔️ Lock changes and rekeying
✔️ Winterizations (all types)
✔️ Grass cuts, shrub trimming, and exterior cleanup
✔️ Debris removal and trash outs
✔️ Boarding, tarping, and securing properties
✔️ Taking thorough before/during/after photos
✔️ Providing detailed bids/estimates for repairs
✔️ Reporting damages and identifying additional work opportunities
✔️ General Repairs
✔️ Providing bids with supporitng photos


--What You’ll Need to Get Started:

✔️ Standard preservation tools and safety gear
✔️ Lawn care equipment (mower, weed eater, etc.)
✔️ Reliable truck and trailer
✔️ Generator, air compressor, and pressure gauge
✔️ Preservation supplies (HUD locks, antifreeze, plywood, tarps, etc.)
✔️ Smartphone or camera with timestamp capability


--What we're looking for:

1. Experience in property preservation or REO work preferred
2. Ability to meet client timelines and complete work orders promptly
3. Proper insurance coverage (General Liability; Workers' Comp as applicable)
4. Reliable communication and quality documentation (before/during/after photos)
5. Coverage in one or more counties across the states mentioned
