Looking for REO and Preservation Vendors

We are looking for experienced and skilled Property Preservation Vendors in the state of Maryland, Washington DC and some parts of Virginia.
We need experienced and skilled Property Preservation and Rehab/Repair Contractors to complete work and maintain these properties. As soon as all the necessary paperwork is processed and submitted, we can start assigning you to work orders in your area/s.
Payment: After completion of the work, the payment is disbursed within 14 business days for regular payment.
Requirements:
* Must be able to complete basic preservation services
* Must understand that photographing and documentation of work is very crucial
* Must be able to provide estimates for any damages to the property
* Must be detailed oriented & follow work order instructions
* Contractors must understand the HUD guidelines
Equipment & Supplies:
* Basic work tools
* Basic cleaning supplies
* Lawn equipment: mower, weed eater, blower, etc.
* Truck & Trailer for debris removal from the properties
* Generator, air compressor
* Supplies in stock knob locks, deadbolts, padlocks, hasps, lockboxes, lumber, building supplies, tarps, RV antifreeze, etc.
* A smartphone that offers a better photo quality and supports applications like PPW, Pruvan, etc.
Documents:
1. Own equipment to perform work.
2. General Liability Insurance.
3. Aspen Grove Background Check (ABC) Number.
