Looking for REO and Property Preservation Vendor Partners

Im-Pres LLC is currently seeking vendor partners to provide maintenance and repair services for residential properties. Our clientele includes banks, housing agencies, and private investors.
Services offered include, but are not limited to:
Board-ups
Lock changes/Lockboxes
Landscaping
Cleaning Services & Debris/Trash outs
Safety hazard abatement
Minor repairs
Major repairs
Eviction Services
Roof repair and tarping
Winterizations
Lawn Maintenance and Landscaping
Inspections
And more
We are actively seeking vendors in your area and have work orders ready to be assigned immediately. Additionally, we are open to training individuals new to the industry.
Compensation is provided on a weekly basis.
