We are looking for vendors that can perform grass cuts, lock changes, trash outs, bolt boarding, maid service, sales clean, and basic home repairs. We do receive 15/20 Work orders every week in each zone. We are working with MCS, AREMCO and some other direct investors.

The vendor should be able to perform the following works:

Initial secures/Lock changes/Rekey (with allowable for additional work on the spot)
Bi-Weekly grass cuts
Debris removal/trash outs
Repairs (roof, drywall, carpet, etc)
REO rehab work
Evictions
Roof Tarp/Repair
Board ups/reglaze
Janitorial/maid services
Pool securing/Servicing
Inspections
Mold Remediation
Hazard removal
