Pre Eminence Asset Preservation LLC hiring in Cambria, Clearfield, Indiana, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Perry, Wayne Counties, PA
We are looking for independent contractors and handymen all over PA, especially in Cambria, Clearfield, Indiana, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Perry, and Wayne who can perform grass cuts, lock changes, trash outs, bolt boarding, maid service, sales cleans, and basic home repairs. We do receive 15/20 Work orders every week in each zone. We are working with MCS, ZVN, CYPREXX, NFR, FIVE BROTHERS, and some other direct investors.
The contractor should able to perform the following works:
Initial Secures/Lock Changes/Rekey (with allowable for additional work on the spot)
Bi-Weekly Grass-Cuts
Debris Removal/Trash-Outs
Repairs (Roof, Drywall, Carpet, etc)
REO Rehab Work
Evictions
Roof Tarp/Repair
Board Ups/Reglaze
Janitorial/Maid Services
Pool Securing/Servicing
Inspections
Mold Remediation
Hazard Removal
