Looking for REO preservation Vendor in TX

We are looking for vendors that can perform grass cuts, lock changes, trash outs, bolt boarding, maid service, sales cleans, and basic home repairs. We do receive 15/20 Work orders every week in each zone. We are working with MCS, Wells Fargo, Finnie & Freddie, and some other direct investors
The vendor should be able to perform the following works:
Initial secures/Lock changes/Rekey (with allowable for additional work on the spot)
Bi-Weekly grass cuts
Debris removal/trash outs
Repairs (roof, drywall, carpet, etc)
REO rehab work
Evictions
Roof Tarp/Repair
Board ups/reglaze
Janitorial/maid services
Pool securing/Servicing
Inspections
Mold Remediation
Hazard removal
Benefits :
