At CM Carolina Realty, we specialize in Real Estate Brokerage, Property Management, Preservation & Maintenance services . We are hiring reliable field service professionals and maintenance contractors to service our property management and REO clients in the North Carolina area. Our team is responsible for completing assignments according to individual client standards as well as Fannie Mae, FHA and HUD guidelines.

Responsibilities or Duties include:

1. Performing initial secures, evictions, rekeys, trash-outs
2. Maintenance and grass cuts on foreclosed properties. This also includes property condition bids, winterizations, de-winterizations, roof patching and inspections, damage reporting, tree & shrubs trimming etc.
3. The ability to meet strict due dates and provide prompt status updates.
4. Must provide clear photos of each stage of the work process by capturing several before, during, and after snapshots.
5. Attention to detail as it pertains to each individual work order.

We are seeking W-2 employees and W9 contractors.

There are two payment dates based on net 15 payment schedule . Payroll is released every 15th, and 30th of each month.
