Looking for REO Preservation Vendors Covering Washington

We will need property preservation sub-contractors in WA.
The vendor should be able to perform the following works:
* Initial secures/Lock changes/Rekey
* Bi-Weekly grass cuts
* Debris removal/trash outs
* Repairs (roof, drywall, carpet, etc)
* REO rehab work
* Evictions
* Roof Tarp/Repair
* Board ups/reglaze
* Janitorial/maid services
* Pool securing/Servicing
* Inspections
* Mold Remediation
* Hazard removal
