Position Summary: Metrowest Real Estate is seeking skilled independent field contractors and handymen to provide Property Preservation Services. Our ideal candidates have experience in a range of maintenance tasks including lawn maintenance, winterization, debris removal, and various types of repairs. This role is critical in managing the upkeep of vacant/foreclosed properties for our banking and real estate clients, ensuring properties are secure, clean, and well-maintained.

Location: Denver, Colorado and the surrounding metro.

Work includes, but are not limited to:
• Must be able to complete basic preservation services.
• Inspections
• Lock changes/Rekey/Lockbox
• Janitorial/maid services
• Debris removal/trash outs
• Grass cuts and snow removal (seasonal)
• Minor Property Repairs

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in property preservation and repairs.
• Must own basic work tools, and cleaning supplies.
• General Liability insurance of $1M
• Ability to fulfill the photographic and documentation requirements for all work orders in detail.

Payment:
• Payment issued 14 days after the submission and acceptance of work orders.
• Payment via Bank Transfer, Zelle, Check, and Cash App (in emergencies).
• Additional compensation provided for out-of-area coverage and rush orders.
