Looking for REO REPAIR vendors in Houston

We are an REO general contractor searching for quality subcontractors to complete various repair projects on bank owned properties. ***MUST HAVE $1M GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE COVERAGE***. Our main need at this time is for general crews able to complete interior/exterior repaints along with basic repairs needed to bring homes to marketability and safety. Repairs could include anything from powerwashing and sales cleans to full Kitchen and Bath remodels. Jobs are at a fairly rapid pace with pricing based on volume work.
Work will be in Houston TX and all surrounding areas. You must be able to complete projects within a reasonable distance around the city. ***Please reply via email with a description of your company, and what type of projects you are able to work on. *** Please have a copy of your proof of insurance available to email to me to verify coverage.
