Looking for Vendors in LA, TX and FL

We are looking for RELIABLE Sub Contractors that know the importance of turning in your work on time and meeting deadlines! These are foreclosed properties owned by the banks and some of these jobs are required to be completed in 24-72 hours.
We will train the right candidates but you must have all of the tools and equipment necessary!
Requirements:
Must have your own equipment and tools
Truck and Trailer
Be able to send and receive emails
Know how to use a smart phone and take/send photos
Having locks and lock boxes in inventory are a plus!!
Pass Aspen background check
Limited liability insurance or willing to obtain within 30 days
Typical work but not limited to:
Lawn Care (grass-cuts, weed-eating, blowing)
Cleanings
Winterizations
Debris removal
Roof tarps
Boarding windows
Lock changes
Various other maintenance work
