Looking REO and Preservation Vendors in Iowa, Minnesota and Tennessee

REO and Preservation work will consist of cleaning out houses of all debris, disposing of all debris in a rental dumpster or local dump. Before, after and during photos are required. Cleaning (sweep, mop, wipe down window seals, counter, clean tiolets,dust, tubs, and sinks) initial and sometimes reoccurring. Inspecting property, reporting all damages. Lawn maintenance within season, must have own truck, trailer and all lawn equipment (initial and re-cuts every week or two weeks) includes mowing the lawn, weeding, edge trimming, sweeping/ blowing of all paved areas (sidewalks, driveways, patios, etc.), and removal of all lawn clippings, related cuttings, and incidental debris. work orders are time sensitive, Before ,during and after photographs are required for all cuts. All photographs must be taken with a smartphone using a required app for Vendors.
